I have eaten here with friends and family once a week for a year and it is always great. It is a nice family run restaurant that serves great steak ( open charcoal grille), fish, pasta dishes and the best pizza in David. All in all a flat to negative dining experience!!! To further detract from the customer experience an apparent friend of the chef arrived and the chef proceeded to fawn over him and his girlfriend instead of preparing meals for the awaiting customers. The manager should have been expediting drinks but he sat and twiddled his thumbs. It took 10 minutes to place our order and another 10 to get our beers, the only value at $1.00. The waitress was attentive and did a great job condidering she was alone and getting no help from the manager. The manager stood behind the counter pretending to be busy as the only waitress scrambled to keep up. It wasn't worth the energy wasted to chew it. The caprese salad had under ripe tomatoes, dry hard mozzarella, dry flake basil and no balsamic. My wife's filet mignon was not filet mignon, not cooked to the correct temperature and was wrapped in raw bacon FAT(no actual meat) and smothered in canned mushroom mush. The Alfredo was just ok even though there were ample shrimp.
